SAMP/USA, Inc. was established in 1976 to service the North
American market with complete Technical Assistance and Spare
Parts availability from the parent company located in
Bologna, Italy. With over 30 years of presence in this
industry, it is not difficult to understand that without a
capable technical staff and robust spare parts inventory, we
can not adequately service the market. Therefore, we will
continue to improve our efforts to meet the demands in an
ever changing industry. We currently have eight field
technicians on staff managed by our Service Manager, Sandy
Scroggs. Our people can be available within 24 hours from
the initial request, however, in order to maximize uptimes
and minimize costs, our staff is also trained and prepared
to solve problems via telephone.
Spare
Parts
The SAMP USA Spare Parts Department is managed by Tim
Walter, with the assistance of Rick
Keadle. We make every effort to continuously evaluate
and replenish our inventory to ensure expedited delivery for
our customers.
